Hi, I’m Lauren Ditzian.
Welcome! I am a therapist based in Massachusetts and providing teletherapy to clients in both Massachusetts and California.
My approach integrates mindfulness, sex therapy, and somatic techniques to inspire connection, vitality and wellbeing.
With over a decade of experience, I blend my extensive education and varied experience to help individuals and couples cultivate fulfilling relationships to themselves and each other.

With a background in Somatic Psychology, I combine mindfulness, attachment theory, and body-centered practices to create a holistic and personalized experience.
As an AASECT certified sex therapist and a PACT level 2 clinician, I have achieved the highest level of sex therapy certification and I continue to stay up to date on best practices in my field.
When not working you can find me with my husband and two sons exploring Western Massachusetts, searching the world for the most beautiful beaches, hanging out with friends, or cleaning legos off my floor.
My own life, especially my marriage and family, has been one of my greatest teachers, adding depth and empathy to my work.
